-Contact you regarding support, billing, updates, or promotions

-Improve performance, offer new features, and resolve issues

-Send marketing content (opt-out available anytime)

3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

**We do not sell your information. We may share your data only with trusted third-party services required to operate our platform, such as:

-Stripe (payment processor)

-CRM integrations

-Customer support systems

4. DATA SECURITY

We use encryption and secure hosting to protect your data.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials.

5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & DATA DELETION

If your account is canceled, your data will be retained for up to 30 days.

After that period, your account data and assets may be permanently deleted.

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All purchases are final.

We do not issue refunds for setup fees, subscription payments, or digital product access.

It is the user’s responsibility to cancel their subscription prior to the renewal date.

Failure to pay within the 5-day grace period results in suspension. A new setup fee is required to reactivate.

7. CHANGES TO POLICY

We may update this policy at any time. Please review regularly. Continued use of our platform after updates signifies agreement.
