Welcome to PowerSync Marketing! By accessing and using our website, CRM platform, and associated services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, using, or purchasing any of our services, including trial or paid plans, you agree to be legally bound by this agreement.

2. Subscription & Billing

**All services are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

**Each subscription requires payment in full to remain active.

**No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:

-Setup fees

-Monthly/annual subscription fees

-Snapshot purchases

-Digital automation tools

**You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to be billed.

3. Grace Period & Account Suspension

If payment is not received on the due date, users are given a 5-day grace period to resolve any billing issues.

If the subscription remains unpaid after 5 days, the account will be canceled without further notice.

A new one-time setup fee will apply if you wish to reactivate your account after cancellation.

4. Account Access & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our policies or is found misusing the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

**Each account is tied to a single user or business entity

**Reselling or redistributing our software or snapshots

**Misrepresenting your affiliation with PowerSync Marketing

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to: Copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense any part of the software or content.

Resell, clone, or reproduce PowerSync CRM snapshots or templates for redistribution purposes.

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in legal action and potential financial penalties.

6. Intellectual Property

**All content, system snapshots, automations, and branded assets are the intellectual property of PowerSync Marketing / Elite Mint Lounge.

**Any unauthorized resale, duplication, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

**Snapshots are protected using our Assets Protected Snapshots feature to prevent reselling and unauthorized redistribution.

7. Service Modifications

We may modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice. Any updates to these terms will be posted on our website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Limitation Of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from use of our software, CRM, integrations, or missed client opportunities. Use the software at your own risk.
